FL172-2141 F/A-18A/B/C/D Trailing Edge Flaps for Academy

This set includes single piece flaps and ailerons. Actuating hinges are attached, allowing the flaps to hang at the correct angle.

Also included are new cover plates. Modification of the kit will be required, as well as very, very minor modification of the cover plates. Detailed instructions are provided

While most of our products come already removed from the supports, it was decided to leave these attached due to the delicate nature of the actuating hinges. To remove parts from the support, very gently bend the parts back and forth and they will separate from the supports. You can also use a sharp, fine tipped sprue cutter. We do NOT recommend using an X-acto blade, saw or any type of electric cutting tool.
